The Thera-Band® Stability Disc joins a family of Premier Thera-Band stability products utilized for balance training, rehabilitation and sports performance enhancement. The 13" latex-free, PVC disc is the most challenging of the Soft Stability Products. When used with other Thera-Band stability products, it offers a progressive system of exercise.
The Thera-band Stability Disc offers an unstable and sensory-stimulating surface designed to facilitate balance and proprioceptive training, and automatic postural reactions. When used as a sitting cushion, the disc helps activate core muscles. For ease of use, a training poster provides comprehensive instructions and illustrations for exercises by target body area.
