Ligature Director

Used to direct chilled heat activated nickel-titanium archwires into the bracket slots during retie procedures, it is also used to push steel ligatures into difficult areas to engage the bracket tie-wings, and to push open coil when placing split hooks to reactivate. The other end of the ligature director has a serrated end to push pigtails under the bracket after cutting. Essential instrument for efficient tie-in of archwires.
