Great for rehab! Two boards in one! The Chango Balance Board combines the functionality of a balance disc and a rocker board. Attach either of 2 balls to the bottom of the board to create a 14 degree or a 20 degree tilt. Remove the ball and it becomes a rocker board on the 2 attached wooden balls. Rocking/wobble motion stimulates inner ear, helping to develop balance. Ideal for improving balance, strengthening ankles, legs, knees, and back.
