Traditional patterns of Tenaculum Forceps have overlapping tips that can cause trauma and bleeding when used to firmly grip the cervix, uterus and when used in other general tissue applications. The Miltex® Atraumatic Tenaculum Forceps are designed with non-overlapping tips, even when closed with the ring handle ratchet fully engaged. The tip design ensures a firm and reliable grip on tissue, but minimizes patient bleeding and discomfort.
